Check the reference in the client portal. Fake offers will not appear there.
Never pay anything before a facility agreement is signed by both parties. We never accept gift cards, crypto or mobile money.

State licences: Westford provides commercial (business-purpose) credit. Many US states do not require a licence for commercial lending; where a state does, a facility should be arranged under the applicable licence or through a licensed partner. Ask us for the licensing basis of your facility in writing before you sign.

UK (FCA): We provide business-purpose credit only. Some lending to incorporated businesses may fall outside FCA consumer-credit authorisation; ask us to confirm the regulatory basis of any UK facility in writing before signing. Check any firm on the FCA Register and the FCA Warning List.
European Union: Facilities in the EU are business-purpose and documented under local law, and may involve a local licensed partner where national rules require. Your term sheet should name the lending entity and its regulator. Data is handled under GDPR — see our privacy notice.
