Do you fund campaigns?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Campaign Finance advances USD 50K–5M against verified pledges, sponsorships or contracted revenue for political, marketing, advocacy and fundraising campaigns. Collateral is optional and political facilities follow the election-finance rules of each jurisdiction.

Can you finance a tender or contract award?

Yes. Tender & Contract Finance (USD 50K–25M) provides bid bonds, advance-payment and performance guarantees and mobilisation capital, secured by assignment of contract proceeds rather than property.

Yes. Scholarships & Education Funding covers scholarships, scholarship programs and campuses; Career & Professional Development Finance (USD 50K–2M, no collateral) funds executive education, professional certification, relocation and practice set-up, with deferred repayment until the program is complete.

Westford finances from USD 50,000 up to USD 200,000,000, depending on product. Personal & business loans start at $50K; infrastructure and project finance can reach $200M, often with syndicate partners.

What rates should I expect?

Indicative APRs range from about 3.5% (education funding) to 18.9% (unsecured working capital lines). Rates shown on this site are indicative; final pricing depends on risk, cash flow, collateral (where applicable), currency and tenor. Unsecured business loans are priced from 10.9%.

Can I borrow without collateral?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Unsecured Business Loan (USD 50K–1M) and Working Capital Line (up to USD 2.5M, revenue-based) require no collateral. We underwrite on revenue, cash flow and a minimum debt-service coverage of 1.25x, with a negative pledge in place of security. How long does approval take?

Accepted Answer

Most applicants receive a decision in principle within 10 business days. Large project and infrastructure deals typically close in 8–16 weeks after due diligence.

What documents will I need?

Typically: company registration, financial statements (3 years where available), a business plan or feasibility study, project budgets, and KYC documents for directors and beneficial owners.

Do you charge upfront fees to apply?

Never. Westford does not charge application fees. Be cautious of anyone requesting advance payment in our name.

Can I repay early?

Yes. Most facilities allow early repayment; personal & business loans carry no early-repayment penalty.
