Environmental
Screened against IFC-style Performance Standards; Category A projects require an independent ESIA and an Environmental & Social Action Plan as a condition precedent.
Social
Labour & working conditions, community health & safety, land acquisition and resettlement plans, and grievance mechanisms monitored through the life of the loan.
Governance
KYC/AML and sanctions screening on all sponsors and beneficial owners, anti-bribery covenants and board-level reporting for facilities above USD 25M.
Reporting
Annual impact reporting per facility, aligned to the Harmonised Indicators for Private Sector Operations (HIPSO) style metrics.

- ✕Thermal coal mining or new unabated coal-fired power
- ✕Weapons, munitions and controversial weapons
- ✕Production or trade in products banned by international conventions
- ✕Forced or harmful child labour
- ✕Commercial logging in primary tropical forest
- ✕Gambling, adult entertainment and tobacco production
- ✕Activities in UNESCO World Heritage sites without consent
- ✕Speculative real estate or purely financial trading
