What you should know before you apply: pricing, approval, currency risk and how to raise a concern.

Nature of financing: Westford Capital Group arranges and provides commercial credit to businesses, projects and institutions. Facilities are not consumer deposit products and are not deposit accounts.
No deposit insurance: Westford Capital Group is not a bank or credit union and does not take deposits. No product described on this site is insured by any government deposit insurance scheme.
Indicative pricing: All rates, payments and estimates on this site, including calculator results and term-sheet previews, are illustrations only and may change without notice.
Credit decision: Approval is subject to underwriting, know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks, sanctions screening, and environmental and social review.
Currency risk: Multi-currency estimates use indicative reference rates. Facilities drawn or repaid in a currency other than your revenue currency carry exchange-rate risk.
Early repayment: Most products carry no early-repayment penalty. Where breakage or make-whole costs apply, they are stated in the term sheet.
Complaints: If you are unhappy with our service, contact your deal officer or write to the address in the footer. We acknowledge complaints within five business days.
Licensing: Licensing and registration details for the jurisdictions in which we operate are listed in the site footer and are available on request.

Rate sheet notes

Rates shown are indicative annual percentage ranges for commercial facilities and are reviewed periodically. They are not an offer or commitment to lend.
Your actual rate, fees and terms depend on due diligence, credit approval, cash flow, collateral (where applicable), jurisdiction, currency and tenor, and are confirmed only in a signed facility agreement.
APR ranges include the standard arrangement fee for each product. Third-party costs such as legal, valuation and registration fees may apply and are disclosed before signing.
Westford never requests upfront fees by wire transfer, gift card or cryptocurrency before a signed facility agreement.
